Kenny is experienced in classical and jazz styles and can teach any sub-genre associated with these styles. Different styles of music can be taught depending on the student's previous experience.

First lesson

The first lesson is free and will start with a chat about the student's musical tastes, ambitions and experience. It is important that the students feel that they are understood and well adapted to teaching methods and choices of repertoire. Beginners will be shown how to play their first few notes with correct technique, method and posture. Students with previous experience will start to work at the level they feel they need help with.

All beginners are expected to provide their own instrument and buy educational materials for the lessons.  I can assist with advice and sourcing instruments for students.
